We keep homes and businesses in Vermont clean, safe, and running smoothly — and we’ll train you to become a pro in a growing industry.
What You’ll Do
- Clean carpets, dryer vents, air ducts, and heat pumps using pro‑level tools and equipment
- Learn industry techniques that help systems run better and last longer
- Check and assess equipment to spot issues before they become problems
- Talk with customers about the work you’re doing and share helpful maintenance tips
- Keep gear organized and ready to go
- Complete quick service reports on each job
- Build your skills through ongoing training and certifications
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience is great, but not required — we’ll train you
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (sometimes weekends)
- Background check and drug screening may be required
