Position Overview
The Air Quality Services Technician performs specialized cleaning and maintenance to improve indoor air quality and enhance customer safety. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong customer communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
· Perform carpet, upholstery, and fabric cleaning
· Perform carpet, upholstery, and fabric cleaning
· Conduct dryer vent cleanings to improve airflow and reduce fire hazards
· Complete residential and commercial air duct cleaning services
· Perform mini-split and HVAC component cleaning
· Assist with industrial cleaning projects such as equipment cleaning and high-dusting
· Inspect job sites and identify issues or necessary solutions
· Maintain cleaning equipment and service vehicles
· Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
· Document work performed using mobile software
· Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on job size
What We’re Looking For
· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a specialized trade

· Ability to troubleshoot and solve on-site problems
· Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and performing physical labor
· Willing to work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Experience in cleaning, HVAC, or maintenance is helpful but not required
