What You’ll Do
· Respond to fire, water, and mold damage jobs in residential and commercial settings
· Respond to fire, water, and mold damage jobs in residential and commercial settings
· Perform mitigation services, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, demolition, and restoration prep
· Operate industry equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, specialty tools etc...
· Document job progress using mobile software (photos, notes, moisture readings)
· Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and project managers
· Participate in an on‑call rotation for after-hours emergency response
What We’re Looking For
· A strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Ability to work hands‑on, lift 50+ lbs, and handle physical tasks
· Comfort working in damaged structures, including crawlspaces, basements, and affected areas
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
· Prior restoration, construction, or cleaning experience is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person
